For more than 30 years, Mr. Tabakin has handled all phases of complex litigation in state, federal and bankruptcy courts, from discovery and motion practice through trial, as well as appeals. In 2006 he was certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney.
He concentrates his practice in the states of New Jersey and New York in the fields of commercial litigation, bank and real estate related litigation, construction law, securities law and employment law, as well as will contests and fiduciary litigation. He has extensive experience in both trials and arbitrations.
While attending law school, Mr. Tabakin was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal society. Following graduation, Mr. Tabakin was Law Secretary to the Honorable George P. Helfrich, Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bar of Creditors’ Rights in the State of New Jersey.
