Ms. McQuade is an associate in the Litigation Department specializing in municipal court, creditors’ rights, commercial litigation and real property litigation.
Upon graduating from law school in 1988, she became a staff attorney at the Legal Aid Society of New York, in the Parole Revocation Defense Unit. In 1992, she transferred to the Criminal Defense Division in Kings County, New York. As a trial attorney, Ms. McQuade represented defendants from arraignment to trial. During her twelve year tenure, she gained extensive trial experience and obtained numerous acquittals at trial.
After the birth of her first son in June of 2000, Ms. McQuade left the practice of law to dedicate herself full-time to raising her two sons, Patrick and Thomas. In 2001, Ms. McQuade passed the New Jersey State Bar.
In January of 2011, Ms. McQuade returned to the practice of law joining the law firm of Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C. Ms. McQuade appears in municipal court and state and federal court in New York and New Jersey. Her practice primarily focuses on preparation and trial of litigated matters. Ms. McQuade represents clients as to motor vehicle offenses and DWI/DUI in all the municipal courts within the State of New Jersey. Ms. McQuade also appears in Special Civil Part and Superior Court representing clients in all civil matters including complex foreclosures and real property litigation.
