Eduardo Ascolese, Associate, Collections

Eduardo Ascolese is an Associate attorney who joined our Collections Department on September 27th, 2021. His skills and experience in Collections and Litigation will be invaluable as we continue to provide the highest quality legal representation to our clients.

About Eduardo Ascolese

Mr. Ascolese is a graduate of Kean University, where he received his B.S., and Widener University, School of Law in Wilmington, DE, where he received his J.D. Throughout his time in law school, he worked for Delaware Governor John Carney in his Wilmington office. He also served as a staff editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and as a student in the Delaware Law Civil Clinic, representing survivors of domestic abuse. He was awarded the Outstanding Clinical Student Award for his work in the clinic.

Before joining FSKS, he concentrated his practice in the area of Litigation, which included Community Association Law and New Jersey Landlord/Tenant Law. Currently, he is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association.

Erica Del Valle, Associate, Litigation, Business & Corporate Law

Erica Del Valle is an Associate attorney who joined our Litigation and Corporate and Business Law Departments on March 7th, 2022. We’re delighted to have her join our team as her skills and experience will be an invaluable part of our Litigation and Business and Corporate Law practice areas.

About Erica Del Valle

Ms. Del Valle received her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and served as an intern for the Honorable Judge Gerald Fisher in the Probate and Tax Division at the Superior Court of the District of Colombia. Her work background also extends to her time at Fahrenholz & Horrell, LLP, where she drafted show cause motions, orders, petitions, and memoranda concerning the sale of real property.

Before joining FSKS, she served as the Lead Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Hall-Johnson in Prince George’s County District Court, 5th District, Maryland. Within the position, she regularly advised judges regarding a wide variety of trial and motion decisions and worked with them in drafting their decisions.

She extensively researched and drafted legal memoranda for the judges throughout her clerkships concerning many issues, including landlord-tenant disputes, domestic violence matters, and contract disputes. She also tracked Maryland legislation to determine its impact on the Maryland judiciary. Erica is currently admitted to the New Jersey Bar, with admission pending for New York.
