Simone Sebastian is an associate with the Secured Creditors’ Rights department. She primarily represents secured creditors in foreclosure actions and related litigation throughout the states of New Jersey and New York.
Simone Sebastian primarily focuses her practice in the area of creditors’ rights, representing secured creditors in foreclosure actions and related litigation throughout the states of New Jersey and New York. Her practice includes handling court appearances and emergent hearings, both at the state level and at the municipal level, as well as participating in mediations on behalf of her clients. Simone engages in extensive motion practice related to areas including, but not limited to, passing clear title, applications for surplus funds, lien monitoring, and preserving lien priority.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2010, Simone interned for the Honorable Victor J. Ashrafi (Ret.) in the Somerset vicinage civil division and served as an associate at a mid-sized firm based in Morris County.
