Advancing Judicial Education and Foreclosure Practice in New York

Supervising Partner David P. Case, Esq., recently presented to appellate judges at the 2026 Judicial Summer Seminar through the New York State Judicial Institute. In an hour-long session, he examined the business records exception to the hearsay rule and the incorporation doctrine.

David also serves on the New York City Mortgage Foreclosure Task Force, where he has contributed to training materials for court-appointed referees statewide and standardized forms for consideration by the Office of Court Administration.
