Evictions

Our Evictions Practice Group provides comprehensive legal services to national lenders, banks and mortgage servicers that need to recover possession from former owners or tenants. We are industry-wide leaders in all areas of landlord-tenant law and we pride ourselves on being aggressive and ethical advocates of our clients’ needs and interests. We will evaluate your case, identify, prepare, and serve all necessary notices; initiate legal proceedings and ensure that possession of your property is timely and lawfully returned to you.

Real Estate Owned Properties (REO)

We represent national banks, agencies, lenders, and mortgagor servicers, in the sale of bank owned properties which our clients obtain title to through foreclosure sale or via a deed in lieu of foreclosure in both New Jersey and New York.

Our Firm has over twenty-five (25) years of REO experience and our reputation as knowledgeable and aggressive attorneys in this area is well known and recognized industry wide. The managing partner of the REO department is an invited speaker at many seminars, conventions, and continuing education classes. Our firm has authored a REO contract which is used by several clients for both New Jersey and New York transactions and which insures timely and effective closings for our institutional clients.
