FSKS Attends NJ Alzheimer’s 2022 Annual Gala Event

On Wednesday night, April 27, 2022, Alan S. Golub, Esq. and Jennifer L. Holowach, Esq. of FSKS, attended the NJ Alzheimer’s 2022 Annual Gala Event: Spring Forward for Alzheimer’s. Alzheimer’s New Jersey hosts this event annually, but 2022 marks the first time the Gala event occurred in two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This year the event moved from the usual sit-down dinner to a cocktail reception with delicious hors d’oeuvres, chef stations, and live entertainment at the Stone House at Stirling Ridge in Warren, NJ. The goal of this event is to enjoy an evening of entertainment, food, and drink, while—most importantly—helping and supporting the families throughout New Jersey who are impacted by Alzheimer’s Disease.

Sadly, there are approximately 600,000 New Jersey residents affected by the disease. It is critical to raise much-needed awareness and funds to support them, their families, and the dedicated health care professionals who work with Alzheimer’s patients and their families every day.

Nearly 200 people attended the 2022 Annual Gala Event, and although final numbers were not announced, between the live auction, a separate silent auction, and other fund-raising activities throughout the night, it was clear that the evening was a smashing success, raising tens of thousands of dollars in just a few hours.
