Mr. Ascolese is a graduate of Widener University, School of Law, Wilmington, DE (J.D. 2019). While in law school, Mr. Ascolese worked for Delaware Governor John Carney in his Wilmington, Delaware office. Mr. Ascolese served as the staff editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, as well as the Delaware Law Civil Clinic, representing survivors of domestic abuse. For his work in the clinic, Mr. Ascolese was awarded the Outstanding Clinical Student Award.

Before joining Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, Mr. Ascolese concentrated on litigation for matters involving Community Association Law and New Jersey Landlord/Tenant Law. Prior to law school, Mr. Ascolese graduated from Kean University (B.S. 2009) and worked in logistics management.
