Overview
Overview
Our foreclosure practice area’s philosophy is simple: We engage in the efficient use of available resources to eliminate or reduce delays associated with the lengthy foreclosure process. We are cognizant of the high costs associated with judicial foreclosure and seek to minimize those expenses for our clients on a daily basis.
Handling municipal court matters has become a more common occurrence for Chancery practitioners over the past few years. As such, our firm has become well versed in the nuances of representing lenders for property code violations in Municipal Court. The sheer volume of cases our firm has handled successfully, has allowed our attorneys to develop a great rapport with various municipal prosecutors, code enforcement officials and municipal judges. Our firm’s attention to detail and our ability to facilitate a line of communication between the lender and the municipality, pays dividends in achieving a prompt, effective solution that is acceptable to all parties.
