About Tatiana Cespedes

Ms. Cespedes is a Senior Associate at FSKS, where her practice focuses on the area of Creditors’ Rights, Collections, and Foreclosures, representing secured creditors in collection and foreclosure actions throughout the state of New Jersey. She received her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley and B.S. from The College of New Jersey.

Before joining FSKS, she was part of the Volunteer Associates in Public Service Program at the State of New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. Within the position, she assisted deputies in providing legal counsel and representation to professional and occupational licensing boards and committees throughout the state of New Jersey.
