About Brian P.S. McCabe

Brian P.S. McCabe is a highly experienced litigator who has been practicing in the New Jersey State and Federal courts for over 35 years. He graduated from Albright College and obtained his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law. He is a Member of the New Jersey Creditors’ Bar Association and the National Creditors’ Bar Association.

For over 30 years, Mr. McCabe’s practice has focused on Retail and Commercial Collections, General Civil Litigation, Landlord/Tenant Litigation, and Appellate Practice. Prior to his elevation to the position of Principal, Mr. McCabe served as the Litigation Supervisor for the Collections Department at FSKS, specializing in Retail and Commercial Collections. Prior to that, he served as Law Clerk from 1985 to 1986 to the Hon. Paul Bangiola, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County.

Mr. McCabe brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of Litigation and has successfully represented clients in a wide range of cases. Two cases where Brian obtained exemplary results in the area of Appellate Practice are contained in the unreported decisions of CACH of NJ, LLC v. Susan E. Bode, App. Div. A-1137-13T3 and CACH of N.J., LLC v. Carmen V. Diamond, App. Div. A-5511-12T3. He is dedicated to providing his clients with the highest quality legal representation and strives to obtain the best results possible in every case.
