As you can probably tell from his choice of inspirational quotes, Phil is an avid sports fan, especially when it comes to supporting his New York Yankees and Giants teams. It is no accident, then, that his inspirational quotes so accurately reflect his own experience in making Fein Such the preeminent Collections firm on the east coast – such success took preparation, vision, and years of hard work.
As he approaches his 50th year in the practice of law, Phil shows little signs of slowing down. He is often the first attorney to arrive in the morning, and among the last to leave each night. His vision and hard work continue to inspire us all on a daily basis.
For more than two decades, Phil has successfully represented and pursued collections on behalf of a wide variety of creditor clients representing nearly all public and private industry sectors, including education, medical, manufacturing, sales, professional services, real estate, and banking.
