Alan S. Golub Secures Six-Figure Arbitration Award Against Home Improvement Contractor

Alan S. Golub, Esq. recently won a six-figure arbitration award on behalf of a New Jersey homeowner against a home improvement contractor, in a matter involving numerous violations of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act and breaches of the underlying home improvement contract. The arbitration hearing was conducted remotely over five days before a single arbitrator appointed by the American Arbitration Association. Post-hearing, Mr. Golub applied to the Superior Court of New Jersey to have the arbitration award confirmed and entered as a final judgment.
